At ICHEVA Health, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of health and dietary supplement products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplement products.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund after verification.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable



 


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened supplements

  • Used products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards
